Tenuta Villa Lavinia

Where you stay

Elaios, for six nights.

One of the three residences on Tenuta Villa Lavinia — Villa Lavinia, Poggio Pasquale, Elaios — and the one the culinary week is based in, for all six nights.

A kitchen you are allowed into.

The programme includes cooking sessions at the estate and a separate session at an olive-oil producer in Canino. Antipasti, regional dishes, pizza and pastries are part of the week; the pizza session uses the estate’s wood-fired oven.

An open living and dining room with a long wooden table, beamed ceiling and armchairs.

The table is the plan.

The week brings guests together for a welcome dinner, meals following the cooking sessions at the estate, and a farewell dinner. Other meals take place during the outings, including lunch at Cantina 3 Botti and at the olive-oil producer in Canino.

A bedroom with a wooden bed, warm textiles and a window onto the grounds.
A bathroom with a tiled shower, a mirror and folded towels.

Rooms, honestly

You tell us the arrangement you would prefer when you ask about a week — a shared double, a double for single use with the published supplement, or two separate beds. It is a preference, not a reservation: the rooms available for your week, and the bathroom arrangements, are confirmed in your written offer.

Outside: pergola, garden, grove.

Elaios is one of the residences on Tenuta Villa Lavinia. The estate covers 130 hectares, including 30 hectares of woodland, and has around 10,000 olive trees. The garden and pergola are part of the house’s outdoor spaces.

There is a pool on the property. Whether it is open and usable during your week — autumn weeks in particular — is confirmed with your written offer; we do not promise swimming.

What we confirm in writing

  • Which airports and stations the transfers cover, and the arrival and departure windows
  • Whether the arrival and departure day meals are part of the programme
  • Drinks outside the tastings and meals listed in the programme
  • Room and bathroom arrangements, and how many rooms are used for the week
  • Taxes, tourist tax, insurance and anything you add to the week
  • Dietary requirements and access needs

The estate has three separate residences; photographs and descriptions of other houses on the property, or of other listings, do not describe Elaios.
