What the forms record
When you send a week request, the form records your name and email address, and — where you provide them — your phone number and message, together with the week, number of people and room preference you chose. When you send a question, it records your name, email address, your question and, if given, your phone number.
These details are stored in a private database. The public website cannot read them back, and there is no page where a request can be looked up. No details are stored in your browser or placed in a web address.
What it is used for
The details are used to answer your request or question about the culinary week. They are not sold, and they are not used for advertising.
